We've already taken our first pre-payments from customers this past week and if you are thinking of getting yourself or a loved one a new bike this Christmas/Holiday season, you can LOCK-IN NOW at the incredible current sale prices and ensure you won't miss out on our spectacular deals, especially from Scott Sports, where we have an entire range of bikes for kids and adults at prices never seen before. The last order date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is December 11th.
How to get started; You can make your purchase now online to reserve your bike(s) and request delivery or store-pick up from the week of the 2nd of December onwards. Its very important to note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, orders will be released in order of receiving them from 02/12/2024, mostly via our usual 48 Hour Parcelforce service and you will receive the tacking details via email. Store pick-ups can be requested on specific dates per our opening times through Christmas.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER FROM THE CART PAGE STATING YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE 'DECEMBER DELIVERY' (SEE IMAGE BELOW FOR AN EXAMPLE) - WITHOUT THIS YOUR ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED REGULARLY. YOU MUST ADD THIS NOTE AT THE TIME OF ORDERING, NOT AFTER OR IN SEPARATE MESSAGES OR PHONE CALLS.
You can also visit us in-store where we'll happily reserve a bike for you and have it ready to pick up on your requested date in December during our opening times.

As one of the BIGGEST Independent UK Bike Shops, Les's Cycles process multiple Cycle To Work scheme orders everyday, dispatching bikes across the UK. All voucher related sales are subject to availability and our discretion to accept them*.
We highly recommend you place a non-refundable deposit on any bike you wish to purchase via a scheme to ensure it is reserved for you, though this is not absolutely required.
In the event that a deposit paid will not be used on a purchase involving a voucher, you can convert it to store credit only in the form of a gift voucher or discount code against a separate purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING SALE BIKES: Any bike that has been reduced in value still CAN be acquired but customers will need to cover the fees imposed on us by the scheme provider(s), listed below. Unfortunately the charges imposed by scheme providers are very high, much higher than usual transactional fees. There is no flexibility with this and we only offer sale or reduced products on scheme services as a gesture of goodwill to our customers.
You can either add the surcharge to your voucher total or pay it separately (recommended).

To get started and place an order:
Give us a call during open hours on 01268 695 877 - We'll need you to provide details on the scheme you wish to use and the bike and size required so that we can confirm its available. If you are not ready to immediately proceed, you will be advised to place a small non-refundable deposit to hold the bike. The deposit will be paid back or counted towards commission charges if applicable. If after six weeks you do not redeem an order with us after reserving a bike, deposits are non-refundable and can only be converted to store credit.
