Key Delivery Information

We want your delivery experience to be smooth, fast, and as easy as possible every time you shop with us! We ship all orders from our physical retail store in Essex and we deliver to happy customers across the UK* every day.

We have just a few important delivery terms below that we'd ask you to check, to save you any confusion or potential error, but if you ever need any information before or after your delivery just call us or send a message and someone will always be happy to help;

  • *Unfortunately we don't currently deliver outside of the Mainland UK, so we're unable to serve customers in e.g. IRELAND, REMOTE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, CHANNEL OR ANY OTHER UK ISLANDS.

Our courier deliveries for Bikes are carried out by TNT UK, one of the UK's most trusted and safe carriers. We don't use the cheapest options and we don't cut corners on delivery.

Small items may be sent by Royal Mail or an alternative courier such as Hermes. You will receive shipping updates throughout the process and you can always call or message us if you have any questions.

Once your order has been processed, our expertly trained Bike Shop staff will inspect, assemble, test and prepare your bike or e-bike to the exact manufacturer specification. The only things you will usually need to do is fit the pedals, position and tighten the handlebars, and occasionally you may need to fit the front wheel. If you need any support or advice on this, we're happily waiting for your call or message so we can help. BMX stunt pegs will not be fitted and you will need to fit them if applicable once delivered, this also applies to stabilisers on Kids bikes.

Once we've prepared your bike, we carefully pack it in a specialist box and use appropriate packaging materials. We always do all we can to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

DELIVERY F.A.Q.

Can I have my order sent to an address that isn't my registered card holder address?

Currently, we usually are unable to ship credit/debit card paid orders to any address that isn't the cardholders registered address. Please contact us first and be aware we may need to see alternative I.D. to authorise the shipment. You may also wish to consider using PayPal (the address must be verified and approved by PayPal) or alternatively you can easily pay by direct bank transfer and receive the exact same service as a card payment! All you need to do is call or message us and let us know you'd like to do this.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

In some cases, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery, subject to availability and an extra surcharge (usually around £12-20). Please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you!

Do you ship abroad?

We can only ship abroad when you pay via Bank Transfer. Please feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to give you a quote for shipping anything we sell to your destination.

How long will delivery take?

Most bikes are shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner, this allows for us to check, assemble and properly prepare your bike or e-bike. Smaller items usually ship quicker. If you need anything for a specific date or timeframe, please call us.
