Over the last several years, Les's Cycles have dispatched millions of pounds worth of bicycles and parts/accessories to our valued customers across the entirety of the UK, which is no easy feat for an independent bike shop - so we understand that the delivery process is one of the most important considerations when buying your brand new ride. We work hard seven days a week to support customers during delivery and to keep finding new solutions and services to help to make the process even better!

Delivering bikes is very complicated but our goal is to keep things simple - below you'll find the easy and up-front information on the delivery options and costs we have available, with more further detail and terms below and in our Terms of Service, which you agree to when you buy from us.

Excluded delivery locations and other waivers/exclusions are applicable (see below in terms). Certain parts of Scotland, mostly north of Glasgow, are sometimes not available to be delivered to at all and may incur an extra charge, which we will advise you on.

The estimated times below are for products IN STOCK WITH US ONLY. If in doubt, please ask first. If the product page states that it is available from distribution, this means that we have to order it in, which can add anywhere from 3 - 7 working days IN ADDITION to the time frames listed for delivery. Its ESPECIALLY important to note this where you choose a paid for service, like TNT/FEDEX. You will get the bike quicker once it has arrived with us, has been built/inspected and is prepared for dispatch by choosing the express option.

Further Important Delivery Info & Terms

The prices quoted are heavily subsidised by us from the actual costs. The only service(s) where the cost of delivery can be refunded if not delivered within the quoted timeframe are from TNT/Fedex. If your order does not arrive within the timeframe quoted by us, please get in touch and let us know and we will open an investigation with TNT/Fedex for you. Remember that this applies to in-stock bikes only, not ones ordered in from distribution. No refunds for delivery can be made for JBS or any courier other than TNT/Fedex.

JBS 2 Man orders are currently dispatched on TUESDAY ONLY. Please factor this into the estimated delivery dates. The courier will contact you to arrange delivery once they have collected your order from us - you must engage with them to arrange a date or they will not deliver to you, this includes confirming on the day of delivery before they arrive.

Excluded delivery locations include but are NOT limited to; Northern Ireland, All Isles and Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and some parts of northern Scotland. We also reserve the right to deny delivery service to any area that isn't listed above should it incur us extra charges or for operational reasons delivery cannot be made.

Collection times are quicker, with most bikes available within a few days. But you would need to check with us for specific timing as some models are ordered in per request and require extra transit time to reach us.

Tracking Numbers are provided once released by our courier service, sometimes only after the package has been collected from us. You will receive this via e-mail, or alternatively just get in touch and we'll provide you the details once possible.
