Les's Cycles Returns Policy

At Les's Cycles, we pride ourselves on providing a first class experience for all our customers. As lifetime cycle enthusiasts ourselves, we know how important it is to provide good service to our community. We'll help in any we can and we've made our policies as clear and easy to understand as possible.

It's important to us that we don't make returns hard or complicated or confusing!

GET STARTED: We operate a standard 14 day returns policy. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our terms or policies.

To start a return, please either call us or e-mail us. You must include your name, address, order number (starting LC**) and a reason for the return. This will create a ticket and we'll reply with further instructions - as long as you start the request before the 14 day cut-off, your request can carry over until resolved but only at our discretion.

You can also e-mail Support and include the same information as above.

As with any situation, we request all items from your unwanted order must not be used, be in their original new condition and ready for resale with all original packaging materials. If an order is returned in a condition other than previously stated, the return may not be accepted and could be returned to you at a further charge.

You must include a note including your order number, name and address. Contact us if you wish to arrange a courier collection, available at a charge dependent on the individual order details. Once again, we must emphasise that all packaging, tags, stickers or anything else must be in the original condition and not tampered with, damaged or otherwise neglected.

For any problems with your purchase after 14 days, please refer to our information on making a warranty claim.

The payment methods Pay in [30] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
